Downloading it rn. Went into the "ready to play thing" and played the first mission and fucked around in the menu, and this is clean af
It's absolutely gorgeous first off. Just such nice colours The controls feel very different to any game I've played before but are very smooth. I can't wait for when I get proper used to them cause I can already tell that's gonna feel amazing Combat is obviously fun and looks and feels super satisfying
Think this is gonna be another banger

Also I'm really curious to hear how old AC fans feel about this! I'm brand new to the franchise, so it would be cool to hear how this is compared to the old ones

Just finished chapter 1, and goddamn this game is good. The way it forces you to learn intuitively through the design of the enemies, areas and bosses is top tier. Already getting pretty comfortable controlling these mechs, and learning when to use what movements, when to just let the mech fall, etc So fucking satisfying, and the story is shaping up to be way more interesting than I thought Won't be spoiling anything in this thread but if it even slightly interests you, go play it

>>970651 Main game is single player, but once you get to a certain point in the game you'll unlock multiplayer. I haven't gotten that far yet, but I've read it has 1v1 and 3v3 modes

I came at the baelus, it's fun in an old school way but that was definitely the peak so far.

Damn. The negative Steam reviews for this game is hilarious. It's just hundreds of people complaining that the game about mech customisation is really hard if you don't customise your mech

It's kinda funny to think armoured core just being itself is a risk due to from softwares success
