i've recently played twewy and neo twewy and found them great, but i'm still craving for more media with that mid-2000's japanese urban aesthetic, are there any more games/anime/any other kind of media similar to it?

Uh... all I can think of is devil survivor in DS. Anime style, character designed by durara artist, But you can't really explore the city.
Persona 3 is more school focused but you can do stuff in the city
Yakuza series, not anime style, but it is practically a japanese virtual tourism, game took place in 80's to recent era.

Man, nothing is quite as bold as TWEWY aesthethic-wise, huh? The thick lines make me think of Rhythm Thief and Puyo Puyo, but their style is far "softer". Trauma Team has shades of it, especially during the comic book cutscenes.
