| was streaming it yesterday. was not ready for it to be as good as it was- you can really feel that the developers, or the writers, were themselves streamers.

| I went in expecting some meme, youtuber baiting game typically made by tinybuild. Surprisingly, it hooked me.
It's a "visual novel" in the sense that va11-hall-a is also a visual novel but with a lot of player interactions, so you are not just reading.
It has less text than va11-hall-a, trading them with more choices and management system, which affect the streamer's mood.
Also it has more references to pop culture, which surprised me because I like SMT.

I agree that it is less relaxing because you need to constantly dodge bad ending. I thought having too high "metal darkness" would cause a bad ending, but when I reach 0, she turns into a normie and stop streaming.
She wants 1 mill subs so, I tried getting that and it's still a bad ending. No clue what I did wrong, if there's a hint I probably missed it. I don't want to look at guides, but I guess I have to.

Jk. Maybe the idea is that the "good" and "bad" endings are like, largely a matter of perspective.
Technically her quitting streaming and going back to school is the "good" ending since she's leaving behind a life of shallowness and mental illness.

You have a point. I haven't got a single "good" ending yet to compare the bad ones that I got. It just felt abrupt, she suddenly cut ties with you just like when you get her stat wrong.

...no seriously, the ones who are desperate enough to turn to the vtubing scene for romance are also super lonely and may or may not have some of these traits, when what they really need is help.

The game is really interesting early on, not knowing what it will throw at you and the result of your actions. But when you go trough it a couple times, it gets old real fast.

| I'm kinda miffed that not reaching a million followers causes her to ghost you online and offline, regardless of how close you are. My understanding is that there's more than one ending for if she hits a million, but it would have been nice to have multiple events for not reaching it, too.

Still an amazing game I think, but yeah wish there was something more. 4th wall breaking characters and stuff is kinda getting overdone but I'd be fine with that too. Got the drug ending where you just keep overdosing and eventually take 'magic paper' and she sorta breaks it at the end and speaks to the player. But then again I guess she was just tripping fucking ball son stream

| I just tried to stream it today, to see if i could reach 1 mil, but ran into a day where she started cutting herself and you have to play a minigame where you help her do said cutting. There's no way to refuse. It actually upset me IRL because of personal experiences with self harming friends and family.
I ended up alt f4'ing out of the game. I'm going to stay away from it for a little while.
