| Apart from Sonic Battle mods that replaces anyone's sprites and movesets (check around Gamebanana), palette restorations for Snes remakes, swapping voice clips on a Zelda game or improving Final Fantasy games/restore snes content...
There is nothing standalone to be called a romhack on GBA. Maybe Castlevania and Metroid (the later had some rom hack restoring Super Metroid, but I don't know about the progress), check around Romhacking.net
