It's still more of a necessary evil kinda thing most of the time. Even though it's pretty close to the truth in Nintendo's case, it's still somewhat morally gray, not 100% correct.

Remember to pirate everything that is Nintendo's first party, but support second party and the third party and indies publishing on their platform (those who aren't pieces of shit just like Nintendo anyway)
