I've impulse bought about $700 worth of games from my mega list in the past month a half. That list will keep me busy for gaming for a looking time. Over 500 games and counting across (I think) about a dozen systems. It's gonna be a long fun journey ping-ponging my way back and forth through gaming history. And a bunch of those games are just one in a series, so if I end up liking those games the list will get even bigger.

Also I'm less interested in your mega list (which just seems like "every decently famous game from the last decades") than what on earth you dropped $700 in one go for. It sure as heck isn't all of this.

How did you with this all get under 700$? Oo

The base exchange had a bunch of games from my list and I couldn't help myself.
Control Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection Until Dawn Judgment Destroy All Humans Ghost of Tsushima Journey to the Savage Planet Infamous Second Son Horizon Zero Dawn Remnant From The Ashes Nier Automata Sekiro Nioh Dishonored Definitive Persona 5 Vanquish+Bayonetta The Last Remastered
And a couple of switch games. I pay virtually no expenses, so I did this and I still have a buttload of money

It's basically just a list I made in boot camp to cope with stress. I put down anything I remembered that sounded like a good time, and anything from GameInformer that looked interesting. I'll be blind on the vast majority of these games, so I have no idea what are good ones to recommend above the rest. I'm just gonna have fun going through the list over the next few years.

I'll probably make a thread every now and then to mention a really good game if that helps.

>>694678 Frankly I'm surprised you haven't played any of this! NieR Automata is definitely a must-play. I can also vouch for Persona 5, but I hope you have 80 hours to spare for it.

I'd say even for full-time gaming this list will last like for years. You sure you will be able to finish it, op?

Be careful you don't suffer from choice paralysis like I did. I had like 20 games installed and ready to play but I ended up bouncing too much between different games and not giving myself the chance to get immersed in just 1 game.

You won't have the time to play them all + keep up with new releases. but anyway The ones I really liked from your list:
Nier automata A bard's tale Skyrim Fable Divinity(divinity 2 is more forgiving for new players of the genre imo) To the moon Dust elysian tale Banjo kazooie (hasn't aged well though) Door kickers Okami Mirrors Edge Control

Yeah, I figure this list will keep me busy for a good while. It'll be a fun time. And I've played a bit of Nier Automata in the past few weeks on and off. I've gotten to 9S's route and I got a bunch of the endings for killing yourself lol.
