My Switch is several states away and I'm a little bored with the games I got for my Switch lite right now, and someone left me a tv while we were quarantined, so I bought my first PS4 and have been loving Horizon and Tsushima for the past two days. Gonna get Crysis remastered downloaded before my Switch gets sent here.

Assassin's Creed Origins. Feels way improved over previous entries, but I feel like the ubisoft sandboxes feel boring to me nowadays. Just lots of busywork to do over nothing. Also it'd be nice if there were a difficulty that would slow down xp accumulation, cause there's way more xp than needed everywhere making it feel even more unnecesarry.

I just finished the main story for Death Stranding. Next on my list is Hell Let Loose, Deep Rock Galactic, and MonHun. Since they're all co-op, I have to wait for my friends sometimes, which is why I ended up with 3...

PC: Divinity Original Sin 2 when we can play co-op and Dark Souls 3 when someone's busy.
Switch, mostly in bed: just started Breath of the Wild. Although I'm kinda thinking about going through Astral Chain first, before really diving into BotW.
3DS, in transit or at the office during lunch: Fire Emblem Awakening. Starting it for the fifth time, literally, hopefully I'll beat it now.

I've been getting into SMT for a while, and I was really excited by the announcements in the last Nintendo Direct. So I decided to give Devil Survivor Overclocked another try currently, and also purchased SMT IV on the eshop (since physical copies are rare and expensive as balls).

>>685200 Generally, be careful and don't overestimate yourself. The beginning of SMT IV will beat you up to a pulp, so don't feel bad for lowering the difficulty after given the option. The game has very uneven difficulty curve so it'll get easier later.
For both games, don't get attached to the demons you have. Continuously try to fuse better demons.

Currently playing Corporate Slave on the Europe server.
It's the old DLC for Real Life. It really is striking to me how it's still relevant today.
I used to play University Student DLC, but my character is at the end of its route. So all I can do now is starting another route of the same DLC, or move on to a higher-level-capped DLC.
To be fair it's almost fun ! Way better than the old Middle School DLC.
Appart from that I play Enemy on Board, it's very fun with 5 friends.

I've been trying to finish Persona 3 for a while. It's such a long game, specially on hard (I liked it but wouldn't recommend. Too harsh). A friend gifted me Grounded so I've been playing it a lot. >>689139 Dead Cells? Easy? And from the start, no less, when you don't have any upgrades? Idunno gurl, maybe you're just some kinda gamer god. I barely can reach the "last" boss, much less beat it.
Post number #689255, ID: 8b4c50
|
>>689254>>689139 Accidentally submitted too early, but yeah, the game does get more difficult later on. And by the '"last" boss' I meant, uh, how do I say this without spoilers... A dude with a huge twin halberd thingie, I guess. So anyway, when you beat that dude you get boss cells that upon activation make the game significantly more difficult.
Post number #689260, ID: f77922
|
>>689255 Now that's intriguing! I've played for only like ~3 hours and have beaten 3 bosses so far, so I guess the most interesting part lies ahead. Will I regret saying the game is a bit too easy for my tastes, I wonder? xD Sure think so. I guess I've just been too lucky this entire time, it's not like I'm any good at the game. Thanks for the information. Can't wait to get back to playing!

>>689279 Nah, my longest run was something like 20 min or so. I always try not to linger in locations for too long to get to the time bonus rooms (don't know how to properly call them) at the end of each. Maybe that also makes the game a bit easier, but I think I was just a bit too lucky) Well, even if it doesn't feel like anal raping I still enjoy the game a lot

I'm probably 4 years too late to get this conversation going but I actually just finished my first playthrough of VA-11 Hall-A after having it collect dust in my Steam library for months. I heard about the game not too long after release, had thought the premise was incredibly interesting, but never actually picked it up until a Steam sale last year (wished I had picked it up at full price though, Sukeban deserves all my money for such an amazing game).
