By a stretch. I vividly recall TSA being more weirdly in line with KTP than any of the other NMHs, tbh.
That said, as good as 25W sometimes is, it's still a goddamn slog. Shinko's an absolute bitch, Jabroni only becomes halfway decent after becoming an Observer, and also Blackout... period.
TSC arguably did everything better. Story was more cohesive, characters were fucking great (and greater in JP), atmosphere at its peak, and the OST was on point.
| Also, c'mon now, Sandalwood? Citrus Verbena is not only the best Baiyon track, it's also the best track that appears in Matchmaker in general.
