Jade Cocoon for the PS1. One of the main animators for Nausicaa worked heavily on this game. If I remember correctly the story was decent and it had some cool ideas in it. Maybe try it?

Gravity Rush 1 and 2. Not explicitly Ghlibi, but that feeling of believable characters in a fantastical world is what I think makes it relate. Especially the heroine's lively animations when falling, fighting, being playful, etc. There's a lot of grounded human moments outside of action.

I believe the giants from Hyper Light Drifter were inspired by something from Nausicaa, but the game itself isn't that Ghibli-esque
