Well, the mystery is real good in that the story is told out of order, depending on when you find things. The twists are in what you find and how you find them, not in the "story" itself, per se.
Whenever I feel like I got "stuck", I just go over what I know or look around for more clues and I always find something that help. So no, I won't say it's easy to get stuck. It does take some thinking though.

I love how it's the player who piece the mystery together and that the game never try to railroad how you do it. The art, writing, and sound design are really well done too.
Honestly it's mind-blowing how this is all the work of one guy.
