I've really liked Sonic Mania, Celeste, and Puyo vs Tetris
| Do get all of those above. Prioritize Xenoblade 2 and Celeste if you have to.
I'm also waiting for the new Story of Seasons.
| Valkyria chronicles 4. And if you didn't play it before, L.A. Noire. (It's about $20 and has all the dlc with it). If you like VNs then also try subsurface circular.

| I really liked playing Octopath Traveller and Bayonetta. Recently discovered Transistor and Kamiko, both are great games... Oh, and Okami HD, you should try it.

| Switch has EVERYTHING. You're gonna have to be more specific of what you like.
On that note, TWEWY is a must-play, even in its Final Remix form.
| Will: A Wonderful World is a pretty interesting vn concept where you change the story by rearranging the order of events to create new outcomes, it was pretty neat. The finale is kinda a letdown imo but the stuff leading to it is great
