| You can't do those kinds of games with tululoo, it doesn't even use Java, it's JavaScript, it's for very limited games you play in the browser
| theoretically you could do something vaguely similar to that (more closely resembling an rpgmaker game with an isometric perspective, which mind you is already complex on it's own) but it would end up being the programming equivalent fucking your ass with a cactus.
in other words, strongly not recommended, just use unity or godot or some shit. plenty of tutorials for that.
