Zeroranger is probably my favorite shoot-em-up. The movement feels really dynamic. Also, no bombs, just skill.

Check out MOKEK-SYNTEZ, SpaceChem, TIS-100 for other examples. They also made ELIZA - a VN about AI therapy, before LLM proliferation.

Tyranny - crpg from obsidian with crazy metanarrative about law, power and how power influences those who hold it. Also cool (and OP) magic system.
