| Moderation has always been a problem on Roblox. It's not a surprise when the userbase decides to put matters in their won hands.

With hired mods? You'll have to hire millions. And even that would not be enough.
Using an AI system/algorithm? You better code it well or else people will complain about the false positives or the fails.
I know that Roblox hasn't been handling this situation well, like at all. But we should acknowledge that it's a big challenge to moderate dozens of millions of users.
I'd go with no-pay mods.

of course, some of them, perhaps many of them will abuse their powers, but at least my company won't get sued by overreaching governments trying to push the responsability of parents onto my business.

| I'm maybe cynical but it just seems as overreacting for poor corporate moderation (just like other companies would behave differently (they don't)) just it's sensitive because kids love it

It's reminding me i tried roblox and tried roblox chat with my friend and it's have one of strickest chat filters avoiding links etc. they can't improve it much just by some advanced ai (which also isn't groom-proof) or mods where never is perfect number.. parents must care what them kids do tbh, they also won't let them go outside without watching.

Sometimes but it also springs from strength. I think the key thing is to make the victim not able to be hurt and prevent sadism or you get abuse by both the weak coping and the strong enjoying their position
