Favorite sandbox and/or modifiable games?

| I really enjoy sandbox and modifiable games, because you could just do whatever bull crap
your mind has to offer.

My favorite is Garry's Mod, because I could install SNPC addons from the workshop, then setup and watch them fight.

Other sandbox and modifiable games I played are:
-People Playground
-Ravenfield
-Left 4 Dead 2
-Townscaper
-Totally Accurate Battle Simulator
-GoreBox
-Day of Infamy

| Minecraft

| beamng.drive sandbox centered around vehicles

| Dwarf Fortress

| >>1068387 I always wanted to try beamng.drive, but unfortunately I don't think my laptop is capable of running that game.

| hmm, running those little "game of life" grid simulations can be fun, if that counts

| Little big planet 2 has been such a joy when playing with friends.

| How about Satisfactory?
>>1068395
Very good!
>>1068379
Ew..

>Left 4 Dead 2
Yes!
>Garry's Mod
Dunno, maybe it is good too, as I see (never played).

| The Sims

| Minecraft is the perfect game for you

| >too illiterate/retarded to read/see Minecraft has already been posted

| Minecraft

| The Sims. Its monetization system pisses me off, but no other game come close to how nice it is to build houses in The Sims 4, unfortunately

| I am surprised no one has mentioned Minecraft yet

| roblox

| Mount and Blade II, Stalker

| Minecraft 2: Electric Bögaloo

| >>1068684 I used to play Minecraft, especially Pocket Edition back when I was a kid; I used to find free APKs on YouTube. These days I rarely play the game, the creativity died down. The last time I played Minecraft was in April, when my Wi-Fi was having issues, so I resorted with playing offline games for the mean time.

| bethesda games are very sandboxy if you don't mind reading up a bit because the modding process and the scripting language can be a bit of a bitch

also try rimworld and dorf fortress if you havent already

>also try rimworld and dorf fortress if you havent already
I have tried RimWorld before, a friend recommended it to me last year, but I never really develop any interest to the game.

| Rimming world

| >>1068939
RimOccupation

| RimCraft

| elona

| Elin

| did anyone play Daggerfall Unity? modding has turned this game into the perfect open world sandbox for me

| >>1069319 I haven't heard of the game before, but from the looks of it, the game seems fun, might check it in some other time.

| >>1069319
i played it quite extensively when the unity version started getting stable. it's great but ends up being too easy too fast even though i never minmax. playing as a magic user is very sandboxy at later levels because you can fly and control the npcs from the air and you get to design your own spells.

| first time elona is a valid answer to a thread. if you like sandboxy roguelikes you should try it. also caves of qud.

| >>1069476 elin

| ElinCraft

| terraria counts right?

| OutSide

| >>1069528 Yes, I personally don't find the game fun anymore, but back when I was in elementary, it's one of those game I really enjoyed playing with my classmates along with Minecraft on our phones.

| >>1068343 Garry's mod is awesome, also you can love MTA (MP mod for GTA:SA) there exists Roleplay, DayZ, BR.. and it's funnier than oversized gta v i feel where is a lot npcs..
