| I still haven't played the first Death Stranding. What's new in this one?

I've been eyeing the first one but I might skip straight to the sequel while people are still playing because I assume it got that online function where you can use and maintain other players bridges and ziplines and stuff.
Also is it true Conan O'Brien is in the game?
