I know the game is old, but I tried VA-11 Hall-A for the first time yesterday and honestly I don't get how you can stand this shit. I have major motion sickness and headaches on anything below like 40FPS, and I can very clearly notice the game runs at 30, the mouse movement and everything gives me motion sickness... but hey it doesn't matter right?

>>1062194 this is a visual novel, so I didn’t notice the 30 fps part. It didn’t matter to me but it might matter to you.
Just so you know, I finished Baulder’s Gate 3 on Steam deck at 24 fps. At first I literally cried from pain but at some point I got used to it. Maybe you will get used to it as well.

it's a visual novel..... what sort of motion sickness are you having when there isn't motion to begin with...... have you tried turning off all the filters and visual effects? I know the CRT filter thing made me uncomfortable, but otherwise it's ok
