damn here in western europe its huge. Its like half the cosplayers are genshin as well as half the vendors selling some genshin merch.

You're just going to the wrong spot, pop up shops suck, look for local manga/anime/retro game stores, they're nerds like you that will deck their store out with weird random but cool shit for sale, plushies, statues, whatever the hell else. Plus it's much more fun and much better to support your community than the dark pit that is corporate cash flow.
