I get the sense that joycon/mouse set setup may have been inspired by a setup I've seen people use on pc where they use a controller thumb-stick for movement and mouse for aiming. It would be neat if this ended up setting a standard like how Nintendo was experimenting with gyro aiming on the Wii U.
