It doesn't matter how broke or not broke you are, this is a waste of money. You buy an overpriced console so you can play overpriced games on Wii-era hardware. I could literally buy like 30 used Wiis for this price. And have way more fun with them. I could build a fort out of Wiis to play my Wii in. So no. I will not even be considering purchasing a Switch 2. Because I'm not particularly interested in burning infinite money continuously.

| I saw the price in Japan (49,980 JPY), plugged in into a currency converter to my country's currency, and sighed. Expensive, but I can afford it.
And then I heard its cost 450 USD in the US, and possibly internationally. When I plugged it into the currency converter I start crying.
And then I heard new physical games might cost 90 USD and damn. Damn, maybe I won't get a Switch 2 after all.
