This is how you can legally get a copy of UT99: first download the demo, second install the nodelta 436 patch over it, next find the latest version of rocket arena, after that find the latest version of Chaos UT, then finally look up S3TC textures on Celtic Warriors Unreal Clan website. After that you now have a full version of UT.
