I don't get that regardless. I'm a minority in a place with no protection against firing people based on minority status. Even places where I've been the hardest worker, gone above and beyond, kept my mouth shut and taken all bullshit thrown at me, I don't get to stay for more than like 3 months before I'm fired with no explanation given
