so i was tight with a bunch of queers but dealing with the smorgasbord of mental illnesses was too much for me and i had to yeet them from my life epic style
where do you find less mentally unwell people tho? bluesky or something? there's an irl tabletop gaming thing i know abt but i don't know tabletops, do you g/u/rls think trying to learn tabletops would be worth it?

Definitely not Bluesky lol. That place is parasocial as hell and 90% brain-dead dogpiling Tabletop is an okay idea. Not sure you'll meet anyone who's exactly mentally healthy there, but, good way of socialising Dating apps sometimes too, but it depends. You gotta be good at differentiating the people who are actually down to be friends and those who pretend to in order to fuck (which is 90% of them)

op doing irl tabletop/dnd related stuff is pretty fun as most of the neckbeards stick to the online versions

>>978528 I admit it's wild, but I have met people on there that I've met and chilled with as stricly friends. Idk shit about lex, but imo every dating app is equally trash. My strat was just to have like 3 different ones and open each every now and then

You probably won't find mentally stable people on relatively obscure platforms like bluesky. You'll probably have better luck doing activities that allow you to meet people irl like hitting the gym, going to cons or doing this >>978530
just kidding i don't know either. i've done the first two things and did not have much luck but ymmv
