Ultimately, it comes to this, indeed. Even if there's no supposed "intrinsic meaning", we still enjoy and can decide to keep moving and living based on our electrochemicals processes, even if they are "fake", it's still part of our qualia.

(Then I can still doubt if the info is true or not)
- "I" become the dreamer or the computer behind it all, by waking up, then realizing my old "me" was a "dream". (In that case, I would have to decide if my memories of my old life matter and weigh to me more than the "dreamer's true identity")
- the knowledge is sent directly into me. (Although I could still doubt )
