- look at how other artist break down anatomy, compare and contrast them until you find one that works for you.
- do lots of gesture drawings/ develop an intuitive knowledge how of muscles work
(think of it like a sport, instrument etc, the more you do it the more you don't really have to think about doing the basic stuff)
or both really.

take that picture and put it beside your canvas. take other pictures similar to the pose and put it anywhere beside your canvas, at least one picture of a real person to reference. start by drawing "skeletons" and mark joints and twists, but for this boring pose there's literally just one on the neck. focus more on the hips, should be the same width as the shoulders.
now draw circles to flesh out your skeleton, sculpt til good.

you could also "block out" the shape, like painting. you will repeat all these until you realize how much of an ass for a brain you have and your negative number amount of dedication. you'll accept you will never achieve anything and will kill yourself
