You could add your latest education, high school or college, etc. Certificates, or any courses you have taken. Most likely any information related to the job

put sth like hhgregg, blockbuster or any failed business in there. feel free to call yourself a middle manager too. what are they going to do - call a nonexistent hr department? and dw about experience, middle managers are supposed to be wildly incompetent
