I knew it can return lol, but this is a different type to the 2 others. Returning isn't uncommon, but a brand new one is obviously unexpected
And it's not that it's developed now. It seems like what happened is that the doctors found the brain one and blood one and were like "that explains those symptoms" and monitored only that, but now they've realised that there's something more there too. It didn't develop in a month, they just didn't realize it was there until now
