>>933214 He means that you're still an animal and depending on the environment your body will act differently. For example if you were to study at a luna park where you've been playing for a long time, you'd find it very difficult to keep the addiction of playing in check. In this case, you'd just need to make simple new room where whatevere you do there must be about studying. Then you'd learn to gain a different addiction there.

>>933220>>933217 opss >>933217 In this case you sleeping beside your working setup, it'd ruin you since your brain would be in range to check on anything left to do and it'd keep on on giving you things to be still worried. It actually not a problem if you can learn to manage the limited environment, but you need to be rigid to yourself about whatever you're doing with whatever tool with whatever mind procedure you'd be having.

This whole thing does further sounds worse when you talk about smartphones. If not managed you'd completely lose the ability to stabilize yourself depending on each different environment. If anything has to be said about it, it would be the worry on the hard time you'd get to wear out your stress.

>>933235 wait you're making me sound like as if I was scamming you to buy another bed. You can make it work with the normal one bed for room. Just make absolutely sure you're using the bed only for relaxing, don't ever try to associate troubling stuff to the bed. A good sleep is sacred.
Well, unless you'd be planning to use the bed as a substitute to a something like chair. Then yea, you may will prefer to have another one.

>>933235 There could be some super specific stuff you could force into yourself, like the pose on the bed becoming and environment itself, so like when you laid you're telling your body to prepare for sleeping well and shutdown everything else and when you're sit up, you're in must to be hardworking. The point of this is that keeping it up for long minutes do get tiring with also the monotone of the usual stance,

so from time to time you could lean to mix everything up end lose the whole stability.
I've sort of attempted this and you'd definitely need to keep some exercising or at least stretching often to let your body free to express itself. It really comes down to a good self discipline for a reward of minimalistic room.

Probably best to have a little friction to do stuff. You might not care for it but your body does.
