| Me too! My bicep curl weight went down though. I think I have to radically change my bicep curl method for the sake of gaining more strength. I used to do 5 reps and 5 sets of a decenty heavy weight but I think I'm going to change it to 10-12 reps and 4 sets of a lighter weight and see if it helps my gains at all.
