| Is a third world country in a costume. Most all other first world countries have their healthcare system figured out to a much greater extent, and have water you can drink straight from the tap worry-free.

Nah, that's bullshit. The world's richest country is undeniably first world despite having some third and second worldesque problems.

It all boils down to its extreme income inequality, which is a mayor problem here in Russia as well. The rich are taking all the resources from the regular people and we're too busy trying to survive to do something about it. If you have a job you're overworked, if you're unemployed you're unhealthy/mentally ill.

And health care is the way it is because of the republicans being scared of whatever they call socialism and the Democrats are scared of the republicans winning so they play both sides and under serve their main supporters

| >>931716 maybe I'm wrong then. Whenever I visit my American friends though, they always tell me not to drink the tap water.

By stealing ideas from others and rebranding them as theirs. Yeah, Japan and China weren't the first and only copycats.

Thanks to domination of US-Capitalism most people in the world will live like in a "third world country". It's a misconception they're underdeveloped. They are just more advanced as a capitalistic class society.
Workers rights were gained through class struggle by class conscious working classes organized in unions and socialist/communist movements. Unfortunately the couldn't stand against the lies and empty promises from capitalists and their ideologues.

| >>931784 what things Japan copied?

| >>931722 it's not normal for it to be unsafe, most people here in the US just dislike the taste of tap water.
