This is a time for you to take care of yourself.

Watch Ghibli movies like Grave of the Fireflies. That one makes *me* cry, and I'm dead inside. A good cry will go a long way. Remember to drink water (preferably something with electrolytes) after crying, at least a glass. Have tissues handy.
| Other than that, treat yourself to comfort foods, favorite foods, whatever makes you feel good. You'll burn the calories later, don't worry about it for now.
Don't be afraid to reach out to your friends. If you have good friends, they will be understanding and a great help in your recovery.
Maintain *absolute* distance. Burn/delete photos of her. Block her phone number. Avoid IRL encounters. The more time you spend away - the sooner your heart will start to forget.
| If you have been living together, change up your living space (preferably your friends will help) even if it means shuffling furniture around.
Fundamentally, remember that life goes on, and even though the pain may seem unbearable now, there will be a day where you wake up and don't think about her anymore. It sucks that breakups fuck us up the way they do - but you'll pick yourself up before you know it. You're strong and have seen worse.
