When I see/read about someone having problems with their addiction to a popular bad thing that can make people addicted, like porn/masturbation, weed, drugs, alcohol, etc
I feel good about myself, too good. Like, I almost feel superior as a human being, because I do not have those addictions
Of course I feel sympathy and compassion towards them, I still get that "rush of ego", it makes me proud of myself. Am I too narcissist or something?

It could develop into narcissism, OP, but as long as you don't act on your... feelings, its not inherently a problem. I would even go as far to say it's natural.

I mean, being proud of yourself for staying clean is good and all, but there's usually pretty valid reasons why people end up getting addictions. Reasons that are usually out of their control. So feeling superior cause of something that's in big part luck doesn't seem too healthy. As long as you're not weird about it to people it's probably fine though. You seem like you got a good heart
