Or when you press B, you can buy weapons by clicking mouse, personally i recommend AUG, but you can of course buy Bizon or Nova if you want to..
Also you can buy guns in ammu-nation, but idk if it's real thing in america or only meme from GTA xd

Fun trivia: Until recently, in Mexico, only a single store was legally allowed to sell firearms to civilians, and that was on a military base. As of today, they have a whopping TWO (2) stores in the entire country, and the second one was opened super recently as far as I can tell.
