Find a short activity to do then re-focus on whatever you trying to do. Apparently, sugar consumption also helps (i.e fruit drinks, sports drinks. Still, remember to drink water) but don't quote me on that.
When I was recently working on a certificate for math 3 days on a row, I would give myself 10-15 minutes to do whatever be it drinking and eating snacks to using my phone lightly, etc. It helped a lot with not my mood and focus.

Is the burnout that follows after you hyperfocus on a task? I've been dealing with that for a bit.
