>>882277 > ill get some transphobia Like it's something bad.
At some point I found out that I enjoy long sleeves that are tight to the skin and stop just above the wrist bone. I also unironically liked skinny black jeans at one point. Still kinda do.
Not exactly dresses, but kind of a similar wavelength, imo. Most people I know who, if not trans, are crossdressers/traps tend to wear skirts and panties.

Male, not trans, but I fucking love wearing skirts. So much. Most comfortable article of clothing ever created. I like them long, heavy, and loose enough to walk with a full gait. I look through the women's clothing at thrift stores ('cause why not? If it fits, it fits. Plus, women's clothing is more varied), and I check the dresses, but have yet to find one that speaks to me. I really hope it appears for me some day so I can have a proper dress in my wardrobe.
Thrift stores is a good idea. There's been a few times where I've found clothes that I enjoyed that aren't necessarily "feminine-intended," but i've enjoyed the cut/brand and have tried to get more of... only to find out that the brand that made the clothes is feminine- centric, meaning most of the customers are women. I'd get awkward stares, the kind of which give subconscious vibes, like "why is he here!??!" I doubt a Goodwill or similar store would care as much.

>>882291>"get the awkward stares" Yeah, that's the issue a lot of the time. I don't look remotely feminine, and I don't consider myself to be terribly interested in drag, but it can be easiest to just own it anyway. Play into it, find a mirror, compare choices. People tend to ignore you, but you might even find a pleasant conversation (depending on your locale...)

Ooh! Gender euphoria thread! Love that! (also that's super cute <3)
I've found I really like tops. Short and comfy ones. Especially when paired with a fairly neutral jacket, cause then I can switch between a fem look and a masc look just by zipping up or down the zipper, and I look good both ways, which is great for me since, you know, I'm both (and also to avoid getting hate crimed in certain areas lol). I also had a moment the other day that was great!

Is not clothing related, but I've been on HRT for little while now. Not long enough for super big changes but long enough for, well, some changes, and I've been better with my hair and stuff too, and I walked into the bathroom one night and caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror, and I actually looked really pretty! And, uh, yeah. I looked, like, I was cute and stuff, and I got really excited, and, it was nice and lots of euphoria and stuff.

>>d6f122 Very nice~♡ And congratulations on HRT, that's a huge milestone! I hope it goes smoothly for you, I'm sure it's a great experience (though I know some people get aches and mood swings in the process. Maybe not so much fun there).
Those "oo, damn, yeah" mirror moments are the best. I always give myself a twirl to see the clothes sway, since it's usually loose.

>>882338 Thank you!!! There's definitely some pains with it, like those aches you mentioned and my little boobies hurt a lot. But it also feels great!
Yeah!!! The little twirls are the best!!! I love those :3

>>882277 maybe stop assigning gender roles to a piece of fabric.
I enjoy wearing kilts, but I've never once felt any sort of gender dismorphia. Don't confuse the experience of trying new things (and maybe a bit of fetishism from violating social taboos) with transgenderism.

I have a maid dress. I bought it for the meme. but holy fuck, fluffy layered dresses are absolutely incredible. I was instantly converted and now I am saving money to buy goth loli dresses.
my hair is now long enough to put into a ponytail. thank you to the g/u/rl who used to post about ponytails all the time for the inspiration I couldn't have done it without you

>>425221 Holy shit, this so much. I wanted to wear a maid dress back when I was a teenager. I haven't actually done so until recently, but fluffy, flowy dresses are to die for. The quality on https://www.devilinspired.com/ is really hit or miss tho (it's the one supply I know). Can you hit me up with better ones?

>>882389 since I'm assuming you didn't mean to reply to Pomu I will respond: "I bought my maid dress on amazon and lol nope the fabric is awful. it's already falling apart a little! I didn't expect anything more though."
>>882391 I cannot! I have no fucking clue where to find anything yet. I will try to remember to post about it when I find anything else.

>>882356 I know what you mean. I'm a Romeaboo,so pants are for barbarians. Tunica are where it's at, and they keep your legs open and breezy~
you meme but tunics are still a thing, and they're more comfortable than you'd expect.
I bought one at Earthbound (its a store too lmao) to use at some renfaires since it looked vaguelly "medieval" but it was oddly comfortable for what is essentially a one piece stupidly large shirt. when you tie the belt on, it even looks "normal" for all intents and purposes, a t shirt top half covering what most people assume to be shorts, or trousers in my case.

I have like gender identity crysis yet again and it's stronger than ever, to the point I want to go do ordinary clinic, rant about my feelings and see how stuff will go. It's happening since 2015. I live with parents, so I have to hide all stuff I buy. I actually had gender euphoria when I worn sports underwear for first time. It's 2022 and I think it's time to make real steps now. I still don't know how to explain to parents all of this when they find all my stuff I gathered.

>>883497 Whole thing with parents can be hard. Just gotta hope they're accepting, maybe throw out some feelers during casual conversation and stuff first. I hope you can experience as much gender euphoria as possible in your life!
