I still have my vices but,fucking social media where you can just scroll and scroll. Is addictive and destructive. I notice it in alot of these other social media mediums. Just adding that addictive dopamine feedback loop just to hook you so they can make some money off you watching adds.

Ive deleted my social media im not letting them use my free time for advertising shit im not actually interested in. Stop using ur phone to fill in free time. Look around you instead. Peace.
