| tbh a lot of these terms are so obscure now or out of use that they largely lose any insulting power they may have had back in the day. the first time I heard "zipperhead" I was too confused to feel insulted at all. If anything, the speaker was trying waaaay too hard if they had to literally look up ancient slurs online.
