How to get taller

Like, *lots* of exercise. And eat healthy. I grew 2 inches from 19 to 23 while I was in the army.

| My advice is try to be cool about your height and people around you will stop being weird about it. If you present yourself well and prefer to brush off different height comments with jokes or calm responses people will stop being weird about it and you yourself will start worrying less. And those who'll keep poking at you for the sole reason of you being born short are just assholes and not worth your time.
