i was today years old

| when i realized something very dumb about homestuck (particularly, jade's introduction segment)
remember how people have seen all the weird shit lying around her house and started asking whatever her sprite will be?
on an unrelated note, anyone remember how this optimisticDuelist guy thought that blue ladies, knights and mummies represented beta-jake's weird pseudo-memories of his friends from the alpha version (which actually didn't exist yet)?

| well, now i think i fucking got it
the answer is EVERYTHING IS A SPRITE
except, everything is everyone's sprite (specifically, their main consciousness) in the beta session
the blue lady is, ofc, beta-jane
the pink mummy is jaspers (who is a preserved cat from a mausoleum which is a tomb, and so are pyramids)
...

| ...
the red knight, is, well, dave, duh
and jade's sprite? have you fucking seen the amount of taxidermied shit at this house? esp on the floor which contained grandpa's corpse and (gasp!) a photo of dream-jade

| brainworm over, sorry for the HS mention in 2thousand-goddamn-22 g/u/rls

| thank you for the realization
now rewrite it all with typing quirk

| Happy birth day!

| >>861023 i was that kind of asshole at 13yo who wrote in kankri's quirk exclusively, my g/u/rl, i don't wanna unleash that on anyone again i promise

| >>861029 screaming internally rn because of the repressed memories that just came back to haunt me, someone please put me out of my misery

| Homestuckposting in the year AD 2022? In danger/u/?? Apparently more likely than I thought

| >>861073 thIVs IVs wh4t you w4nted. you sh4ll be4r thIVs curse... 4EVER

| I'm not gonna lie though, making myself as fucking unintelligible as my friends on MSPARP was fun. I miss quirktyping a little bit. We may have been cringe, but by God we were free!

Regarding the OP:
Interal self-referential symbology? In Homestuck? SURELY it couldn't be possible...

| >>861100 o9 n9..what have y9u D9NE???

| >>861073 >>861079 love the generational trauma eh

| >>861102 it was cringe and it made autocorrect cry so hard, poor thing
