honestly this video was quite good, i have used the "im just a chemical reaction i can't control shit" excuse so many times, this video actually felt kinda motivational.
last few weeks i've been more productive than usal, but when i try to remove bad habits i always fall back into them, i guess because i dont distance myself enough from these habits. recommend watching the video tho
