Maybe I'm just too whiny, or maybe I'm literally trapped in my area, but there's only two jobs here and they're both really physically taxing (I have chronic pain and fatigue.)
I can't go anywhere else, either, because I can't afford to commute. Remote jobs within my ability are mostly over the phone customer service, and I don't want to stoop that low so quickly.
Any g/u/rls have some other ideas for a starter remote job while I get my footing? Thanks. <3

>>844597 Furry commissions are good money. Use a pseudonym, then use the money to gtfo to a place where there are better opportunities.

>>844597 If you actually can draw, furry commission is good money actually.
If you can't draw though that's gonna be years of practice. You might as well learn to code.

>>844707 Yeah, I've been drawing for most of my life and have obtained a decent style + very minor animation skills. Nowhere near livable, but I could definitely could try it out

>>844595 I wish I could help you. Only jobs I have done are manual labor. Might try looking around more to see if there are other opportunities. Without any knowledge of where your at or the job market you are in I can't give better advice. Though it is good to remain anonymous regardless so can't expect someone to give every detail.

>>844708 All the best, then! The people I know from the furry community are all super friendly. It's definitely worth getting to know them.

An advice i got from a furry artist friend is that yea furry art is hella good money, but if you're forcing yourself and not actually putting 'passion' in your furry art, furry connoisseurs will notice and that will hurt your attempts at growing a client base for your furry commissions. So if you're going for it, you have to go all in. Unless you're already down bad for furry stuff, then you can ignore this.
