I'm going insane
| I had fried rice as a dinner tonight
| I'm thinking of eating fried rice tomorrow too. thought?

| In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil, and 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce. Set aside for now.
Stir fry some diced onion and 2 diced carrots for 2 minutes. Add garlic and continue to stir fry for 1 more minute. Add some frozen peas and stir evenly.
Take 2 eggs and beat them lightly before pouring them over the vegetable mixture. Add the rice and stir until heated trough. Pour the sauce mixture over the rice and stir until the rice is hot.
| No need for any salt or pepper.
You can add diced ham or PRE-COOKED chicken when you fry the onions and carrots.
My personal preference is to add shrimp right before you add the rice.
