I can't figure out a sustainable home training regimen

| Or maybe I just suck at discipline. I guess there's also the fact that I'm not really fit and not used to exercising... Should I just go all in and do what I can? Or is it better to take it slow? Any ways to trick myself into working out even when I'm being lazy and really don't want to?

| Just be conscious of the fact that it will take a week or 2 to build the habbit then you'll be able to autopilot and enjoy it as an activity rather than a chore.

| Just replace the word exercising with the word sex.

| Have sex and have fun

| There's no better advice than "just do it". Do what you can and what you enjoy is much better than doing strict regime and get burned out at the 3rd day.

Maybe try do something fun, find a dance cover on youtube and try doing it; find a good upbeat music to pump up your jogging mood; heck, rhythm heaven have a punching minigame that you can try do IRL.

| No but really if you don't have a good reason other than just wanting to be healthy you probably gonna drop after a week. Unless you have a condition or something you need to alleviate.
