this thing little triggered me.. i thought that i'm alone like this.. but honestly idk why i have reversal sleep
| I think people who are in almost chronic distress find non existing quite comforting.
But on the less depressing end a 2 hour nap can be a good mental reboot for rest of tge day if you are feeling a little foggy.
