I think I love someone who I know is a bad person

Go for it, you can fix her.
Seriously tho you have to resolve the situation, two obvious options:
1. Propose to go on a couple of dates and get better understanding of her personality and make a decision with that in mind. Thats if you actually consider her as long term romantic interest. If not, p.2.
2. Cut her off, seriously. For a short affair she looks like too much of a hassle, for long term arrangement - you can find better.
TL;DR gordian knot, cut it.

| I don't know how to give proper context about her without making this post huge but basically I've had feelings for this person for the past like 5 years and she is at least somewhat aware of this. I met her through my girlfriend at the time when I was about 14 and she was 18. in the years since, she's disappeared for months at a time only to return and flirt with me out of the blue including a time when I was <18 she even sent me nudes which I have very complicated feelings about.
