Reverse seared, medium rare. Butter baste (maybe add garlic and thyme) once it has a nice crust on all sides. Salt, pepper. Spank it bare handed, blow it a kiss, then rest it for five.

Pan seared and marinated in Frank's Red Hot Stinging Garlic sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, bit of cayenne, salt, pepper, onion powder, curry powder, cumin, and whiskey. Char it a bit but not too much and bam, you got a damn panty dropping steak right there.
