Waking up with dry throat and mouth

| It really annoys me at it slightly hurts and makes me feel awkward. I've been having this for 2 years now. I think it may be because I'm snoring. Help?

| You need to be kissed. Very deeply and passionately

| Happens to me sometimes, though not all the time. Then again, I don't snore. Only tip I can think of is to make sure you drink enough water before you go to bed (and after you wake up too).

| Sleep apnea?

| Do you drool a lot? Might be a sign that you're mouth breathing when you sleep. Easy fix if so.

| Maybe your room temperature is too high and it makes the air too dry? I sometimes sleep with an open window to keep the humidity up in the air and it helps. No dry mouth while waking up

| Try the mouth rinse that helps dry mouth right before bed

| Let me humidify your mouth in the middle of the night with my non-strange and absolutely not-cum liquid.

| The most common signs and symptoms of obstructive and central sleep apneas include:

Loud snoring
Episodes in which you stop breathing during sleep — which would be reported by another person
Gasping for air during sleep
Awakening with a dry mouth
Morning headache
Difficulty staying asleep (insomnia)
Excessive daytime sleepiness (hypersomnia)
Difficulty paying attention while awake
Irritability

| Talk to your doctor if you have signs or symptoms of sleep apnea. Ask your doctor about any sleep problem that leaves you fatigued, sleepy and irritable.
