Does anyone know this feeling when everything is okay, you had a good chat with friends, learned something today and etc. and you still feel fucking miserable and sad?

If you want affirmation that you aren't alone in that feeling: Yes, I'm quite familiar with it.
If you want advice dealing with it: I don't have any. It happens, sometimes often, sometimes for months. Best you can do is keep going.

Weightlifting and meditation helped me not feel that way as often. I thought my sadness didn't have a valid cause, but after a lot of introspection, I found some unexpected baggage I needed to sort out. Still working on it, but I have a vague direction to aim for now. I hope you can find your direction too, OP.

I think that's called depression, still seems very mild so try to fix it before you're jumping off a bridge.

I understand this feeling very well. I might as well be feeling it recently.
