The bad part is I unironically want to kill myself and that doesn't even produce any emotions.
So, yeah

Okay, ranting about it doesn't help. You can close the thread now.

Watch durak, sad Russian movie about a poor. Scene near the end with the dad made me cry, try that.

Ranting about it actually does help, anon.
If you want to work on resolving your issue, you need to articulate it with as much detail as you can. Rant to strangers, write a journal, talk to close ones, talk out loud to yourself, get a professional, whatever.

Chop several hundred onions. Then be sad. The tears will come.

1. Be sad about the fact that you can't cry even though you feel like you're crumbling. 2. Focus on that fact that makes you feel very sad because of your own broken mind. 3. Look for things that you think you'd enjoy if you weren't broken. 4. Cry, then cry harder. Cry your heart out. 5. Profit

Umm... Frienns, I don't think OP is asking for a cry% speedrun strats. Anyway, OP, I agree with you. Talking about your problems is a good way to let it off your chest and start thinking more clearly. Actually, talking might make you cry in the process and give this outlet for your emotions. But don't forget that after that you'll have some energy and a clearer mind to actually think about a solution. Go at your own pace and don't be shy to ask for help but please, keep trying, OP!
