Notable things that happened this year in my life: - my dad and sister both got diagnosed with cancer, both have been treated and have a decent prognosis, still scary as shit though - I have lost connection with most of my friends, I still speak with some of them but nowhere near as much and we're nowhere near as close now - around 2/3 of the people at the company I work at have left, leaving the rest of us quite disorganized and quite overworked So uhhh, stuff is... not great.

Things aren't great either -I had to quit college due to declining online classes quality, my worsening mental health and my VERY sharp decline in grades -I got ptsd now!! Got deported from the US and I'm more mentally unstable than ever!! <3 -but on the bright side.... It was this year that I came out as trans to my friends, and they've all taken it surprisingly well I think calling this my worst year yet seems fair. Can't wait for it to be over. At least I'm still alive I guess

This year has been wild for me as well - started the year off with things going well with my ex - halfway the year we broke up and it made me so devastated - got accepted in my first job but only lasted 4 months because company went bankrupt but fortunately i managed to find a new one - devoted myself more to being a musician - managed to meet and have friends whom i genuinely enjoy being with

Things certainly were rough in the middle, but all seems to be stable now, thanks to the loving support and company of my friends. I'm looking forward to seeing how the year would end for me

Beginning of the year i was still feeling shit because i couldnt do online classes and also i was physically ill. It was a low grade cancer and the last step of my treatment is this month. I've been feeling better than ever. Im ready to tackle university next year again. I also lost one of my last friends in town. Aside from that i didnt learn anything this year but it still has been a massive upgrade ^_^

I don't even remember the first half of this year. The one major thing that happened is that a certain fleet decided to play around near Hawaii, so higher ups sent my group over to intercept, resulting in a 2 weeks notice to "grab our whole lives and leave". So, that was a fun 2 weeks. Aside from that, nothing happened this year aside from minor self-improvement, I guess.

Stuff's oki! Parents got a divorce and stuff, but it was honestly for the best, and despite still struggling with my mental health and other things I've gotten a lot better!

>>809825 Chile, like I always have. I was mostly going to the US to have a chance to break from my family and go visit my partner instead, but that didn't work :/ Now instead they're trying to come over to Chile early next year, so that's even more reasons to hope for this year to end soon >_>

Beginning of the year was kind of sad,was given an offer to be roommates with a friend and their gf. Moved out and their relationship went down hill and the gf was completely off the walls nuts. Have a better job than I did before. And really hoping things start to get better.

Hopeless year, would have struck it off my time calendar if I could. Nothing changed for the better except my life experience I guess. All in all it's not terrible just a propensity to despair. Did I use that word right? >>809825 >common sense, sis Can you resist bringing culture war shit into this for 2 fucking seconds? This isn't the thread for that. >>809697 I know this, g/u/rl. Dad had cancer too. I don't think anyone should lie to you, it's just never gonna be easy. Sorry.

Uh, dude... There's no culture war shit here outside of your head. Get a grip! If you don't like it then proceed to fuck off but don't expect any special-snowflake treatment in the future, okay?

And if you are having a good time in life, try to keep it that way!
